Everything you need to know about our bespoke tailoring service in Vancouver and the Lower Mainland.
Our collection includes cloth from mills such as Guabello, Scabal, Marzotto, Marzoni, Vitale Barberis Canonico and Reda. Availability varies by season and collection.
We offer premium wool, wool-silk blends, cashmere, linen, and seasonal cloth in a wide range of weights, colours, and patterns. We bring the swatch books to your consultation so you can compare each cloth in person.
We consider when and where you will wear the garment. Breathable tropical wool and wool-silk blends work well in warmer months, while versatile mid-weight wool suits most of the year. Flannel, heavier wool, and wool-cashmere add warmth for winter.
Yes. Your consultation covers cloth, lining, buttons, lapels, pockets, vents, trouser details, monogramming, and other finishing choices. We guide you toward a coherent design while leaving the final decisions with you.
We meet at your home, office, or another convenient Lower Mainland location. We take detailed measurements, assess posture and balance, discuss how you prefer your clothes to fit, and record your design choices before your garment is made.
The number depends on the garment and the adjustments required. Most commissions include an initial measurement appointment and a final fitting, with an additional fitting arranged when needed to achieve the right balance and comfort.
Wear or bring the shirt, shoes, and usual accessories you expect to pair with the garment. You are also welcome to bring reference photos or a favourite garment that shows the fit or style you prefer.
Complimentary alterations are included on your Suited Booted & Co. commission until the fit is right. We arrange the adjustment and fitting with you as part of our Perfect Fit Promise.

Rush orders may be possible for an additional fee, depending on the garment, cloth availability, and your deadline. Contact us before ordering so we can confirm what can be delivered responsibly.
Book as early as possible, particularly for spring and summer weddings or a full wedding party. We recommend allowing more than the standard 3–4 week production window so there is comfortable time for coordination and final adjustments.
No. All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges and do not offer refunds on bespoke or made-to-measure garments, fabrics, accessories, or gift cards. Each order is approved before it is made or committed.
